An event that focusses on holistic wellbeing is back in Banbury on Saturday October 15th

The Banbury Mind Body Spirit Show takes place at the General Foods and Social Club, from 11-5pm. It’s organised by Deer Spirit Events. The show features massage, reflexology, natural skincare and beauty products, organic candles, crystals, handmade arts, crafts and jewellery, reiki and other holistic therapies.

There’s also a wide range of 1-1 readings on offer, including tarot, numerology, psychic and shamanic. And workshops on a range of wellbeing, spiritual and holistic subjects, including past life regression, iridology, chakra balancing and a sound bath from local practitioner, Martha Pryzbyl.

“Come along if you want some insights into your past, future and present, or if you want some advice to help you on your journey” says organiser, Julie Fenn, from Deer Spirit Events. “Our experts can help if you’re feeling tired, washed out or a bit down. And if you just want to pamper yourself for the day, this is the show for you.”
