Yoga

Yoga has been called one of the best forms of exercise for older adults. It improves mobility, balance and core strength as well as improving respiratory function and circulation.

BodyBalance

BodyBalance brings together the benefits of Yoga and Pilates into a challenging, yet relaxing class. It helps improve flexibility, build strength and leave you feeling relaxed and calm. Classes will help you learn how to control your breathing and focus your mind.

SwimFit and AquaFit

Swimming is a one of the best exercises for people of all ages as the water helps to support the body while you work and lessen impact on joints. SwimFit provides a mixture of different routines, strokes, speeds and lengths to encourage a more varied and challenging workout adapted to your own fitness. AquaFit (aqua aerobics) is a full-body workout class taken in the pool.

Pilates

Seniors, in particular, can really benefit from a Pilates practice. Balance, strength, flexibility, focus, and your breath are all areas that can change with age. Pilates works on improving all of these.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is fully adaptable to whatever your fitness level, and suitable for people of all ages. Go at your own pace by adjusting the resistance of the bike and regular indoor rides will help you improve endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Walking

Sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking briskly can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier.

BODYPUMP

Although BODYPUMP is more fast-paced then some exercise classes, it is great for those that are more energetic. This fast-paced, barbell-based workout enhances strength and endurance.

Tai Chi

A wonderfully relaxing exercise with numerous health benefits, both physical and mental. Many love this low-impact activity which is easy on muscles and can help with mobility and flexibility.
